This review examines VAPolyMT, a versatile bi-timbral polyphonic synthesizer compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Mac. System requirements specify iOS 17.0 or later and macOS 14.0 or later; devices with Apple Silicon are highly recommended for optimal performance. Users with lower CPU specifications should consider reducing the number of voices to prevent sound distortion. The AUv3 extension necessitates a host app that supports AudioUnit extensions; compatibility is confirmed with Apple’s Logic and GarageBand on both iOS and macOS, while support in other DAWs may vary depending on application capabilities.
